I've been building in private for a long time. Shipping products, not words. This year I decided to change that — not because the world needs more blog posts, but because writing is how I find out what I actually think.
This site is the place for that. Short notes when I have a small observation. Longer essays when something deserves more. Experiments when I've run an agent overnight and learned something odd.
