Day job. Most of my time goes to Sidepanda — the Shopify apps studio I co-founded five years ago. Small team, bootstrapped, profitable. Appointo is our biggest app; a few others in the lineup.
Side tinkering. Evenings and weekends I play with AI side projects — SeoSonar, PromptToVid, DubVid. None of them are trying to be businesses yet. They're how I stay curious.
Writing. One short note a week, one essay a month. The discipline is the point.
Away from the desk. Long walks, lifting three times a week, trying to keep weekends off the laptop.
